As long as you run your operation as a mom and pop real estate operation, you’ll pay high interest and forever be scrambling to raise capital.If you formalize your operation and begin operating as a structured business entity, you may be able to enter an arena where you can obtain credit facilities, have capital available for your acquisitions, and have a chance to grow geometrically.This has a downside of course.
