Our house is located within three blocks of two universities and we cater to {international} students.    

It's 2 blocks east of 35th actually.Also, Jason already contacted me regarding insurance.I will be in Milwaukee on other business this Saturday and will take a ride around the neighborhood to see it for myself.

I worked for a guy who bought up a ton of property off Henderson Ave for $60-90K in the 1990s-early 2000's and that block has tear-down homes going for over $200K now. 

Property #4 Traditional financing with the Power of networking – As soon as we freed up some cash, we put the word out that we were looking and David came through with a block of four buildings about to go on the market.

However sometimes the front yard is determined by the block face (least setback on the street), so if it is in an older neighborhood, you could probably bring the building up closer than the typical 25 feet if the code allows. 

I own a 3 bed 2 unit few blocks away with no off street parking and have no problems getting too dollar comparable to any other rental in the neighborhood.

I'm happy to have folks no show, tell me they house looks like crap, stick their noses up, even ask "what color am I going to stain the deck".  

The tenet sent me some pictures and the good news is that the mold is green/white in color and not black.

I now have a partner, that's been working on picking up the other 4 one at a time, so, that we control the whole block.
