IIf you don't have time/don't want to clean rooms though, you might want to strongly consider just getting roommates. 

I’ve always thought a every two week cleaning service would be a great addition. :)

We are going to manage it ourselves and outsource cleaning and maintenance. 

Their only job is to check if title is clean... am I missing something?

I collected cleaning fees at the beginning of the tenancy ($350-$500, non-refundable, one time fee, I just asked tenants to broom clean at move out and sent in a professional cleaning service at move out).

We have a good cleaning person for each house and of course, we use airbnb, vrbo, and tripadvisor.
