Does anybody in the Lynchburg/Central Virginia area know any real estate agents, property managers, contractors, lenders, etc. that either work well with investors or, better yet, are investors themselves? 

I need to find reliable "eyes on the ground" to oversee renovation and confer with local contractors.

I'm having a general contractor perform the work and this will be my first apartment renovation. 

There is a lot of crossover between PA and DE in terms of lenders, agents, contractors, etc so contacts you meet at DIG could still theoretically be useful to you in DE, and vice versa. 

Their rights burn off one year after you send them certified mail return receipt request notice about the tax sale, that you purchased the tax sale rights and currently hold the tax deed, and your contact information.

If you have Buying Agents, General Contractors, and Attorneys that you have previously worked with, please let me know. 

Hi Everyone, does anyone have any recommendations for a real estate attorney in Arizona, property managers/realtors/contractors in Tucson and or Phoenix?

I believe my main focus will be on houses that are between 2-3 bedrooms with less than 1500 square feet as I would like to keep as much of the effort "in-house" as possible, as well as keeping purchase prices around $20K and selling prices around $60-80K, with renovation costs at between $10-20K for materials as well as a new roof with a contractor- unless I start putting on my own steel roofs which I can do myself.

I'd say sign up for one or have a contractor friend walk the place. 

Any recommendations for roofers, contractors for updating kitchens, and property management companies in Delco PA?!
