It was $48k when we started.I'm going to hit the magic Post Reply button now before I talk more about my situation. 

I have lost my butt on a couple of investments.

@Mark Sewell I agree, price definitely figures in, but at least I have more experience with that side of the equation.

Somewhere there there should be a Landlord button where there will be a link to a form you can fill out to fax it (yes, most housing authorities are still working on paper) to get your property added to their list.The inspectors take great offense to if you have them come out to tell you what is wrong.

Now that I see it happening to others I thought I'd bring it up.What happened in my case is that when I hit the reply button it took me to a blank page because the site page wouldn't load.As a result, I can't tell if my reply posted so I hit the back button and hit reply again, which creates a double post.Is this what is happening to others?
