So, painting the interior walls, replacing the old cafe green countertops with butcher block, and updating the kitchen floors and backslash, as well as the bathrooms with a "beachy" tile!

- Updated the master bathroom with fresh paint, lighting, a new double sink marble-top vanity, mirrors and shower fixtures.- Updated guest bathroom with fresh paint, lighting, mirrors, marble-top vanity, and a new tub & tub surround. - Updated entire home with LED lighting, new can lights in the living room and kitchen. - New Electric Breaker Panel What was the outcome?

It's a duplex of 2 bedrooms, the first floor has a gorgeous recently rehabbed kitchen and bathroom while the second floor has some space to increase value when it comes to both of those spaces.

And they dont want me to pay for the lawyer either, because they are possibly very wary that I might do something to steal their house, or they think that the money spent on a lawyer is money that they could get.So basically, is there a lawyer on here who can tell me the essentials of what a quitclaim deed is, who is the grantor and who is the grantee, if both people owned the house and one is just relinquishing rights in the property?
