The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it.We have a 12 page management contract that we've added our real experiences to over the years, with the intent of protecting both us AND the landlord.

But if not, or if my tenant keeps bringing him over, I'll need to get them both out asap.A few extra details:- This is an inherited tenant on a month to month lease- The abuser was living with the victim but was not on the lease- Abuse happened on the property, victim was hospitalized, and abuser was arrested- Tenant is section 8Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

. This will be my first property so it would be nice to work in a solid buffer as far as cash flow goes to reduce the risk (or at least be compensated for the extra risk).
