So I guess that was my lesson number one: all the issues you’ll have with residential agents are magnified in commercial agents and finding a good agent to work with is more vital in commercial.  

All good markets if you target the right tertiary area. 

And I don't need all 74k right now.

In April of 2024, 64% of homes sold in Manhattan were paid for entirely in cash.We know that cash is king, but that is a big kingdom.Where does all the money come from?
