I have my homeowners with Foremost on a section 8 property.I am acquiring another section 8 property and need a solid company to do basic liability.Who are some companies to call?

Before getting my license I acquired a lease option on a home that the sellers were interested in selling but agreed to do a lease option for 3 years.

When did you acquire that and did it make a big difference.

How did your wife acquire the house?

I could pay back the other $150k in < 24 months pretty easily.Are there any options out there to get to the final $250k to acquire this multiple property deal?

If i acquire this property for $300,000, should I expect the property tax value of this property to increase very soon by over $100,000 to near or equal to the $300,000 I plan to pay for the property?

I know that there are some important information left out like how much the legal fees will be exactly, but hopefully I acquire this before I send out proposal.

I've been on bigger pockets for close to year, been listening to the podcasts for at least a year and my wife and are trying to acquire our second rental property currently.

I acquired a mobile home on a 7000 sq ft lot through foreclosure in Merritt Island Fl. and I need to rehab it so I can get it rented out.
