Hey BP, I'd like to learn more about a purchase structure I don't hear about often: just a straightup option to purchase or purchase option agreement (NOT a lease option). 

Charlotte is a great market (though it is seeing a lot of new construction this year!). 

I'm thinking about doing rental arbitrage in the metro Atlanta area, was wondering if there was anyone currently doing this Atlanta whose brain I can pick or whom I can partner with.

As I understand, rumors have abounded for years about gentrification across the river from downtown but this year people seem to speak of it with a sense of credibility.

They also help point out small things I need to attend to without it being a paid guest complaining.

This is improper communication and expectation setting.Why is the listing agent putting tenants in the property and why are you communicating with them, do you not have your own representation?
