I bought my co-op in the Concourse area of the Bronx in 2019.

I’m curious to what all my builders in Houston think.

The basics are I would rent a number of units from the syndication LLC, would be responsible for management and expenses (ie utilities), and then I would keep a portion of the profit (basically my upside for managing the mid term rental units) and the other portion of the profit would go to the syndication LLC which now gets over market rent.

My goal is to eventually move out of my current house hack which is in the center of my small town and very visible to something more secluded.

However, it was contingent on my other property selling, because I need that money for the 25% down payment.

My son is the property manager, and house hacking with three roommates.

I don’t want to do a FHA loan (I don’t want to live at the property, I rather invest in Texas and live with my family in New Jersey).

My tenant bought a house and moved out.

I haven't done any thorough research and my comment was not about the entire Canadian market, I can notice some correction in my local market anecdotally.

Well, my advice is that if you can't find information or reviews on a person, program or property, then it's probably not a good sign.
