You could also have a separate agreement outlining house rules...I havent done this but it's something i'm considering.Here are a few issues that have come up while I've house hacked:- Tenants disagreeing about how clean the common areas should be, WHO is cleaning, and whether it's worth having a cleaning service (monthly)- the house's temperature- Some tenants leaving things out in the common areas and other tenants getting annoyed at it.Every situation is going to be different, but if you've ever lived with roommates...it's similar to that, except you're not paying rent!

I just had a structural engineer and a professional builder come out and the general advice is to tear down the structure due to major foundation issues that will be costly to address.I am now considering replacing the structure with a pre-fabricated SFH due to financial restraints.

Despite my repeated attempts to seek a resolution and clarification from NREIG, their representatives assured me that the issue was being handled, only to leave it unresolved and unaddressed.Now, to my utter disbelief and frustration, the bank has informed me that we are responsible for the lack of coverage during this entire period.

My issue is finding it hard to believe someone's be it realtor or PM word oh how they can help and etc. 2) Realtors - I mean based on my few interactions, they all seem to be enthusiastic and stuff but when you jump on call it's like YES and NO answers and pretty much.

The only issue is based on my research once I pay off most of my debts and save up some money I'm not sure where to start.Since I'm not able to save up $10K plus to buy a rental I am looking at for alternative investment strategies to help build up my initial investment (ideally $30K-$40K).
