A 6 pack of Zima?

One had his boxes packed, ready to jump ship.  

His family had a business down the road where they did white water rafting, and I had paid an engineer to design a small camping/RV parking lot for that 2 acre lot. 

I may not do it much, but  I will have contact with some of my tenants and just want to help one for no real reason.I have also thought about:carrying around gift certificates for a local restaurant to hand out at random.Having a summer pizza party at one of my small quadsWelcome pack for new tenants

She has not scheduled a moving truck and does not appear to be making much of an effort to pack  (she is being evicted but she does have a new place where she can move in on the 31st).What are my options? 

Your tenant will have the option of packing up and moving as they see fit.  

I keep a box at a pack and ship store (like a UPS store) that is centrally located near my rentals and open 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday.  

Thats months of sesrching, dtiving, moving, packing, instability.Best tenants want and need stability.

Lock out and sell off is permissible as long as you follow your local county guidelines.Storage could be better than a regular rental because you could pack in a lot of clients, need not worry about utilities or maintenance calls, get paid up front, and create a niche opportunity that might give you an edge in a college community.
