I get really frustrated when I pay for work and it ends up not being to my quality standards or time frame, so sometimes even when I know it would be better $$ wise to hire someone out, I just do it myself

Are the rents much higher than you would get without the creative community concept or is it more that you are getting a lot of demand and better quality tenants ?

What is your best source to find great tenant buyers? We are going to be using craigslist and Facebook but are there other options that are more successful? 

Its almost borderline ridiculous when you compare the availability and quality of homes on the market from 2015-2017 to today, some may even get frustrated.

Generally speaking, increased interest rates means increased Cap Rates which means lower relative prices.

There's no way I can speak to your market, but in my market, *generally speaking*, your rent as a percentage of your basis in the house declines the more expensive the house becomes.

In that event it is much better to let the divorce decree speak.
