Turns out the original seller hired a CL "contractor" to install hardiplank...which they did with finish nails...somehow....but they installed it directly over the old cedar siding!!

Once you transfer title to an LLC, your LLC is not covered unless it obtained title coverage, you could be put in a position to defend a suit to yourself and your coverage would not be stepping in, check exclusions on Schedule BII.As Jerry mentioned, if you're the manager, an attorney will go through your LLC like Grant went through Richmond, you should have repaired the step, you personally failed in your duty to manage the LLC, you were personally negligent, you get nailed personally and all of your assets are at risk, including the ownership of all your LLCs.

The neighbourhood has many other older houses with earthy colours, there are quite a few artists in this area and they have really dome up some of the exteriors of their houses quiet nice so I'm trying to pull different ideas from different houses and mesh them but not in a gaudy way.We MAY get lucky when we pull the siding off the front of the house-we saw some clapboard underneath and if it's in reasonable shape I can fill in the nail holes and paint it.
