If you don't understand the contract you found by doing a Google search, should you really be assigning it to someone else for a fee? 

I found a foreclosure listed at 166,500 that i would like to purchase.

I found ATL CAD online and they have a lot of modern builds and rehabbing experience. 

The DC is where pre-foreclosure info can be found in Essex County at least, so perhaps tax delinquent information can be found there too.Just a thought/bump for this question.Blake

I've found a couple options with early morning/late night hours that would allow me to still do my job as an agent full time because I have read that it is next to impossible to become successful in the field if you're just part timing it.
