When I first started I had no clue how to do a contract, how to screen tenants, or how to advertise the properties.

It is also great when you need to advertise your property each year because it syndicates your listing and all of your photos stay on your account!

It is listed with the city and county as a five bedroom it was advertised as a 5 bedroom when we bought it.

* Keep in mind when I ask the above question, no one has typically seen any leases yet and the listing agent's claimed/advertised market rent is probably/possibly marketing BS.

On your way there, take a minute to read the House Rules  - solicitations and advertisements may only be posted in the Real Estate MarketPlace; this provides folks with a pressure free environment to ask questions, discuss, and learn.

Do not talk to someone who can't sit still the entire meeting and acts like he has poison ivy on his *** when properties are being advertised.

Well, the "deal" is still going, despite that they say they'll only accept limited numbers of participants -- my guess is there's no cutoff whatsoever, and it's a pain to get your money back once you realize it doesn't work as advertised.  

Does anyone take property pics with their cell phone as opposed to a digital camera??

The 4-plex is off-set to the back of the property and separated.I'm considering putting a sign for business advertisements, but I don't know where to start.Best of Luck!
