A week later I get a call from same member saying their lawyer wants a picture. 

In New Orleans, the court was very helpful and the process was very easy to completed by myself without the need for a lawyer.Now with that said, some areas have very cheap eviction lawyer services, which might be handy if you do not want the hassle of filing notices and appearing in court.  

@Chad Heaton I'm no lawyer and every case is different but this is a ridiculous trademark claim, following with your example what if I owned birthday(dot)com.

I know there are also lawyers that specialize in this stuff, but I don't think it's worth it for this situation.

Having them in writing will help avoid problems in general though.  2nd thing - I am not a lawyer or an acct.

If that's the case, I can't see how it could be involved in any settlement (disclaimer: I am no lawyer and have never been divorced, thank goodness).

We have our lawyer do the contracts and MAKE  sure every one knows exact rolls , and who and where the money comes and goes to.

They have a lawyer telling them short sale = foreclosure.
