Other than that, they have been working great and are ideal where there is either no possibility of ducting (vaulted Ceilings for example) or to save installing ducting.If you have good ducting then I would recommend a traditional AC unit.Good luck

They might be okay for the construction costs but most traditional lenders will not lend to you if you are borrowing your down payment from a HML.
