@Tamar Hermes you need to tag people if you want a response, Use the @ sign and start typing their name in the comment box.

It will appear, double click and it will populate the comment box in blue and they will be notified.

The focus of big box firms is to collect monthly fees and commission splits from agents and that means you want your agents to be "marketing experts" - not so much real estate experts.
