LV’s biggest water problem is that decades old agreement allowing CA to siphon off Lake Mead while southern Californians continue to waste tons of water on fancy green lawns in a desert climate.

How will you handle a tenant that refuses to water the lawn or that stores a pickup in the back yard or hangs blankets in the windows?

Utility bills, mortgage  interest,  cleaning expenses, repairs and upkeep, mileage, advertising, lawn upkeep, snow removal, etc.

The reduction in borrowers obligations also artificially increased economic productivity.
