You shouldn't even consider an out of state park unless there are at least 50 spaces and rent is a minimum $200/space.Based on the rents it sounds like Alabama, Mississippi or Louisiana..

@Ali Al-Mashat  I participate in the intial walk pre-purchase all the way to the photos of the end product for the listings, even to the R4R and maintenance of the listings until sold.

wondering if anyone has run across any TRULY useless real estate.i just got this lead from a guy in alabama. is there any way to make use of such a parcel?
