Marketing, professional photos, and dialing in the rental amount are crucial, and we've noticed nicer units at better prices being leased out much faster (well yeah, duh...). 

I have a listing that would be a good fit for the BP community but wanted to get some guidance on the process.I also wanted to hear other people's experience with listing on the BP platform.

Would a property like this be better suited for long-term or short-term rentals in your experience?
