I had a gentleman leave a voicemail message yesterday that made me laugh, I quote "If you send me another letter I am going to sue you for disrupting my happiness and my contentmentness (yes he used that word)"I just want to tell these people "You could just throw it away next time."

Working in the world of syndication, we are very sensitive to words like promise.  

I'm not one to generally take to heart what other people say that are either a) not in my shoes or b) don't have words of wisdom from prior experience but I've been running into this a lot.  

The key is having enough ads out where people who may be interested in selling will see them, getting the word of mouth advertising going, and (maybe as important) having a GOOD, ACTIVE REALTOR, who works hard to get listings in the price range of the houses you're looking to purchase.Good luck and you've come to a great site for info.frankall cash

Best words in this is: #1, Organize for what your doing, each calls for something different#2 if your not an expert at an aspect, hire one.
