I was born in Grass Valley!

It made me view the Central Valley very differently.

Not many people know about central valley unless they're from it.Plus houses are about 100k cheaper and rents the same ....

Bottom line is I have done this many times but stopped about 10 years ago when I moved to Carmel Valley with my daughters and stopped buying & moving so much so my daughters could stay in the same school district but now that my kids are older I am considering renting my home out for about $6,000 per month (payments are $2,500) and getting a 2-4 unit in a more urban area with an FHA loan.IF you have a chance to buy and can afford it i'd go for it.

With this price amount I suggest Communitie counties of Fresno, Tulare, Kings, Madera, Central Valley, in California. less competitive.
