It's great if your local market works but not everybody has that luxury.

(Taxes, utilities, insurance).

The utility has budget billing .

With investment into the basement area, I can make it a 4 (legal) bedroom, a 5 (non conforming), or a totally separate apartment (although there are not split utilities so it's not going to be simple or cheap).  

We are looking to reside there and run a luxury kennel for large breed dogs.

During the next 6 months we will also expand our marketing beyond just direct mail by utilizing online marketing though Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, and Back Page.
