I have found what the "awards" are.. but havent found an explanation of the vote system and what they mean.Alright...

You mentioned some of the mechanical systems have been upgraded; you will want to find out how extensive the upgrades are, and if there is any original stuff (particularly electrical) still remaining. 

So a bit vague I know but it will take a while of consistently working a system to get to where you want to be with this.

I was hired to install a POS/Inventory system at a local building supply company, which took about a month to complete (their inventory was huge).

The system my PM has in place allows the owner to get an email as soon as the request is made and if you're on top of it, you can approve very quickly, but I understand how that would make sense.

You can still benefit from their systems etc, but if you have a good broker and can generate leads you would be ok on your own.Also, if you do join a team do some research.

I still work a corporate job but I work from home and my hours a set by me, thus allowing me time to pursue other things, ie. real estate.I am looking for a brokerage in the Denver Metro Area (preferably not North of Downtown Denver)  that has good training and a good support system for new agents, but will allow me the freedom to continue to invest in real estate personally.
