Regarding Refinancing a Condo Hotel unit.I spoke with the president of a realty company this morning in Florida that specializes in Condo-Hotel properties, and asked the question about refinancing.He made these comments.I think this goes without saying, but, obviously the first thing is working with a realtor that completely understands the market.
