😅Loan paydown at 0% would be off the hook and moving now vs in 6 months due to baby 2 on the way would have been 'nice to haves' - but ultimately more emotional factors than real arguments - unless you ask my currently VERY emotional wife 😂lastly - i'd like to take you up on that 280k offer whrn the oh so looming recession finally hits us - until then i can offer you a stay at one of my short term rentals, fully deductable business expenses when we meet and discuss real estate in person 😜thanks for your feedback, really appreciate you taking the time to answer!

We also go door to door in gentrifying areas, and see if the owners are motivated to sell.Keep in mind that selling a home can be an emotional process, and everyone you contact will not be willing to sell.

And even though it is waterproof, water can leak into the cracks and spread by capillary action under the tiles, which then stagnates and molds very easily.I advise only using this as temporary flooring or to cover dirt floors as a bare minimum flooring material.

If it is building is currently unliveable,  check whether the county allows temporary living in an RV, when you get a permit to rebuild or remodel the house.
