I had a lawyer I've used in this town but not happy with them... so I just looked online... hard to discern who really does RE... but the firm I called came up under that title "RE" and they said they did handle this kind of thing. 

just call the recorder get the fee and fed ex it to the and have them file it.. simple as that.

Most loans have a due on sale provision that may be triggered when you convey the property into the LLC though I believe the number of times lenders call the loan if its performing is low.

Most HOAs post a copy on their website for public access but some don't have them online and so you'd have to call and request it.

You can have up to 10 conventional loans and once you max that out you can utilize a category of loans called nonQM.
