I have not taken the training so not saying there is an issue with the training but I am not a fan of high priced training

Pretty simple to manage.You technically don't need a bookkeeping software for under 10 doors like a previous post mentioned.

Lastly I dont think folks understand that there is a huge supply issue and if everyone who went to a training actually went to work there simply is not enough RE to go around especially in the distressed asset space.

C class B class  that has tenant issues that can never be solved? 

I would also suggest talking to a couple of lenders now to find out if they see any issues as a result of the type of deed.

At this point they have no plans to resolve this issue other than increase taxes and replace wiring. 

Im interested in apt buildings and am curious about some of the not so obvious issues with this. any feedback or ideas is greatly appreciated

Depending on the strategy MANY technical skills can be involved from the trades going rehabs and repairs, legal, financial, project management, etc etc.

The issue I am running into is that, the investor is not looking for another investor to assign the property as since it might take longer to close.
