Without too much data to back this up, I'm guessing that they put more emphasis on the kitchen and baths so i try to make those areas stand out a bit.In second bedrooms I usually take out the clothes bar and get one of those rubbermaid wire closet solutions that brings in shelves and double the hanging space.

The goal would be to reach a point where the course was completely self-sustaining and the annual membership dues eventually could be drastically reduced...perhaps even to zero !
