According to Chapter Five, “An outright gift of the cash investment is acceptable if the donor is- the borrower’s relative- the borrower’s employer or labor union- a close friend with a clearly defined and documented interest in the borrower- a charitable organization- a governmental agency or public entity that has a program providing home ownership assistance to low- and moderate-income families, or first-time homebuyers.”

I'm currently a production assistant working on the TV show Bones and have been working as a PA for a little over 2 years now.I really don't have any sort of background in real estate, but I'm wanting to learn everything I can about it.

Hey everyone,I am a relatively new investor although i do have some experience and a lot of study time put into the Real Estate business.

This is leading me to look at larger commercial apartment buildings and I've been studying on the topic of syndication. 

I have been doing a whole lot of studying but I would like to hang around an investor who is OK with me asking a lot of questions, with whom I can be doing business with in the long term because wholesaling is not the only thing I want to cover in real estate.
