If you purchased one of these courses from anyone out there and you don't want it sale it I do or I use it for bond fire if need be ( look guys its not that hard to do this you just need to line your self with some great people and find some lenders to fund these projects and build ( Now I will tell you this and i don't care what others say if you purchase SFR and hold for long term if you don't cash flow over $300 a month on each house your broke my friend And I can prove it.

I wouldn't want to turn around and buy something at the same lofty heights when I sold seeing that that's the basis for selling to some extent.I'd probably rent something and feel out the market, maybe invest the cash in stocks/bonds/etc.

Hi Tushar,Welcome to BP.There are generally no completely "safe bets" in real estate, and definitely not in Detroit.I suggest you do a search for Detroit in the forums and learn as much as you can.Detroit is a very difficult and dangerous market to do long distance.If you are looking for "safe bets" buy government bonds.
