My mind has shifted and while journaling every morning, that worry about school would always pop up as my “what’s bothering me” and why am I doing this without any purpose?

If anything the greater concerns are increasing wage & class gaps, the artificial creation of dollars by the US, shifting policies that artificially create favorable market conditions, and things that if I think about it too long make my IQ of at least 1 start to hurt my head.

I know historically buy and hold has always been preached as a more sound investment compared to flips etc, yet 2020 definitely shifted things towards sales being rewarded with low interest rates and buy and holds somewhat punished with eviction moratoriums etc.  

As you grow in your journey, hopefully you'll shift towards and better see the advantages of equity capture and balance sheet wealth. 

The market is definitely making a shift and sellers are playing "catch up" when it comes to pricing their homes competitively.

If someone has a much better rate borrowers will shift business there.

Trying to project too far leaves you vulnerable to all the vagaries of a shifting market.

Something shifted.

A top realtor told me fees have shifted from tenants to landlords, something you never saw here before.

Also there is also the fact that Hardin county is becoming more desirable and we are seeing a population shift heading north from Jefferson county (see explosive growth of Lumberton, Texas.)
