I've read and heard from others that recommend creating a marketing package and sending it over to the various real estate teams as these national retailers/fast food chains - this just seems ineffective in all honesty. 

All my goals point to Triplex&Hold, but there are few rent-cost & multi-fam ARV comps in the area, so it seems less predictable. 

I am inclined to ignore the letter because to me it seems like they are asking me to provide information that will raise my property taxes. 

With rising operating costs, food trucks seem to be a more economical option for people looking to pursue their food service dreams.Just my thoughts on it.

Seems a little too good to be true 

The fact that a court can take property from somebody and give it to somebody else seems unconstitutional.That being said, it is a very interesting topic. 

A few years ago the focus seemed to be to accumulate real estate with as little cash as possible.

It seems EIN's are not transferable and may just complicate the process if I set up the sole proprietorship now.Much Thanks.
