The rate we charged along with origination charges had no bearing on my commission so I was always offering our best rate possible.The second company I worked for is a smaller family owned company that operated rather differently.

I think the podcast tries to be pretty clear about that; educate yourself, but be prepared to actually take action instead of using needing to educate yourself more as an excuse to never do anything.Given that you already work 55+ hours a week and it doesn't sound like you are looking to leave your job right away, I would focus your REI activity towards creating a business rather than creating a second job for yourself.

In general, you will not find many instances in the code where a second egress door is required (occupancy load of 10 or more per unit).Where you live, you may have local requirements that your city/county require an additional egress door, but it is not something that is in the national codes.

I suppose down the line, were you to move out and rent that second space, you might be more inclined to THEN get a property manager and you'd be in this predicament then so maybe that doesn't help in the long run. then.Also, what is your "Misc" category?

Hey fellow pocketers, so I’ve been pretty interested in buying my second investment property in my first year of investing, my first one has been quite successfully so far so I’m really feeling the pressure on property two.Anyway I’ve been looking at Milwaukee and I see that although their unemployment is at record low, they are doing some major construction to their downtown and although their population has grown slowly since 2010 last two years they’ve actually been dropping a little.
