Unless you are living in the area where the rental is, managing it remotely is not a good idea. 

It's essential to familiarize yourself with the local landlord-tenant laws and work with a reputable property management company to ensure smooth operations.Short-Term Rental Laws: Philadelphia has regulations on short-term rentals, but it is still possible to operate Airbnb and similar platforms within the legal framework.

Why every renter hates living in big multifamilies and dealing with bullying property managers with no skin in the game.

And I suspect many managing Brokers are going to be heavy handed with the wholesalers and their techniques which we all know includes miss statements  white lies  and other subterfuge.

The current model doesn't allow for proper compensation for a management company, therefore they give you a lackluster service.
