Things eventually picked up and a few good things look to be working out so not a total waste.Plus a great new screensaver to remind me to doublecheck everything I think I have learned before I get ahead of myself and buy an Income Reducing Property. :)

There's apparently a "Texas Cash Out Refinance" which I don't know anything about, except that it reminds me of Texas Hold 'Em... like your interest rate on a cash out refinance in Texas is based on rolling a dice or getting dealt a good hand.
