The 75 hours is divided in 30 hours PA fundamentals and 45 hours of practice.

Like others have said, it's a very complicated process, varies from state to state and a good real estate attorney that practices in your state will be able to let you know where you stand.

Nonetheless, don't you think that real estate investing is going to be very difficult because of some new regulations the government and municipalities are trying to implement?

If so, is there a lot of people in this area that practice wholesaling?

I would also ask if you have any prior experience in investing such as the stock market or not since the mentality of investing rather than speculating is one that is easy to explain but hard to put into practice.
