If my income is 15,000  (principle and income after expenses) a year on a $270,000 property and I apply all towards paydown while writing off 10,000 a year in depreciation, what will be the taxable income from the sale of the property assuming it sells for $270,000, 10 years from now and I put $80,000 at the purchase?
