We have become more efficient I think because our schedules are now more predictable.

He predicted so much of the change that we see these days.

I can't predict the future, but I do know that real estate always eventually will go up in value. 

Also, just a prediction but in ten years I think we are all going to be talking about "remember the time when Mattapan was sketchy". 

The first sign of trouble in UST which was the 10/2 spread in March historically predicts a recession in the next 6-24 months with 16months being the avg.

There are so many facets to the issue...its impossible to predict how it will play out in the future. 

You can always ask, but I've given up trying to interject logic into predicting their actions.  

I'm fairly sympathetic to Austrian economics, although one of things about it (that a lot of Austrians seem to forget) is that one of its key points is that predicting markets is extraordinarily difficult.

Are there some static things one can look out for to predict what's coming next?

The area is still rough but I think I'm in a good pocket, and I predict property values will soar.I paid 100k hard money for a 3/2 ranch on a big corner lot.
