Hello BP Community, can anyone provide insight on the practicality of using a living trust to hold rental properties vs an LLC for asset protection?

Any strong opinions on the idea of getting a sauna? 

Is this a feasible and commonly practiced strategy?

They have modeling courses, they have library of practice library of case studies, etc.

I saw something recently where they don't have the best business practices.

This is a common practice in Louisiana, also.

Is this required to provide to the title company or is it just a good practice? 

The idea of renting is appealing, but it's a house that requires a lot of upkeep, so I worry about how to manage that (or the expense to have someone else do it).Any insights or words of wisdom would be appreciated. 

Any ideas?
