Hey steve,Two rivers/manitowoc/kewaunee area was hit hard when the power plant shut down a few years back.I have yet to look closer, but the area looks economically depressed.

Phoenix has been appreciating at healthy levels for the last 4 or 5 years with solid lending practices, largely void of speculators, supported by job and population growth and the resale market is below new construction prices in most areas.I think the recent Intel announcement of tooling the new plant provides just one more basis of strength for the SE Valley.

I figured I would start by finding real estate agents in that area that could help with that process but I haven't heard back on any of the messages I've left, so far.The property was used for wholesaling plants, trees shrubs etc.

That's because they want to lower the double taxation of C-Corps.BUT, for entities that do not suffer from double taxation, which are Pass-Through entities like LLCs, S-Corps, Schedule E's... etc. you will pay up to a max of 25%.At least that's the way i'm reading it.Maybe we can put our heads together to determine if I'm interpreting this correct AND does this have any serious possibility of passing now that we have both a Republican Congress and a President that may just rubber stamp it?

If the majority of the city works at a honda plant for example and that closes where are people going to get jobs then so they can pay the rent?
