Hi everyone,Is there any downside to reducing the rent for a tenant by 1/4 just to have them keep an eye out for anything that needs doing or watching over the property?

At that point I became googly eyed and started saving as much money as I could and researching real estate.Fast forward a bit.

Certainly many people went into these loans with eyes wide open, and were prefectly willing to take on a loan they couldn't afford, since it seemed RE would appreciate at 20% per year forever.

Its also been said,,,if you have a place in the country away from prying eyes and can bury it,,,its gone,,,and was told it really isnt illegal to do that,,,maybe they were wrong,dunno.

That should keep you busy for a while and could very well be an eye opener for you.For you to insinuate that I somehow have ill intent, or am not versed in my practice is counter productive.

I've always had my eye on real estate and this time I'm taking it to another level.

I might check before my other eye closes!

You have opened my eyes to an honest, straight forward approach that appears to be a win-win for all involved.

I would shoot for more eye pleasing colors, such as white on blue or yellow on green.

I don't want to take your time with my picture of RE changing in front of our eyes due to technology (and social wisdom) but I wonder if I could ask what YOU think on the subject?
