More importantly, where is the largest source of potable water in the world? 

Curious because I am in New England with a lot of old houses and looking at buying one now that has a rental unit on it, built in the 50s. 

  - last week we rented a dumpster and completed all demo, including kitchen cabinets, appliances, laundry room,  and main plumbing wall, and I had the old-inwall furnaces torn out.- I was able to get all the electrical wiring repaired. 

When the world is your backyard you don't need interior space. 

Once again around 70K in savings(plus an additional ~7K in an old 401k i would be willing to take out) and looking for deals but they are tough to find right now.

I’m a new to the investing world and looking to make my first steps.

We are restorers and this was original untouched woodwork in a 90 year old house.We are of course furious; she is non repentant but willing to try to fix it before she moves out.That's the last thing we want as the best options for restoring it will involve using a heat gun.Can I charge her for this?

Some of it will depend on how old the property is.

I still have a lot to learn regarding the finance world.

Going forward, I would like to create different LLCs for my properties to help mitigate the risk but don't know if this is an industry norm in the residential world.
