The next event we have is our monthly Cashflow and Cocktails Night.

I'm very excited about diving into single-family to four-plex rentals.

I went home that night a did my due diligence and research.  

Last night after posting this I did find a way to get the information I was looking for from city-data...it's just take a bit of time to compile it all into a format to add to my investment proposal.

Looking forward to diving right in!

If flipping/construction isnt something you have experience in, I'm not sure i would dive into that niche unless it truly fit my Vision.

I realize that there may be some occasional weekend/ night hours but is that the norm?

As far as work goes, I was able to get done what I need to in two weeks after closing and move in, but it was quite a few late nights.

I Love FFREIA and would never think of competing with their Thursday night meetings:) I do see a need for a venue where us "outlying" investors can network.
