In my market you either check that box but don't have the income to qualify for a mortgage in the amount needed, or you are above 80% of area median income and can't use the program at all.You'd have to envision a hypothetical area where 2-4 unit properties go for dirt cheap in spite of the area being high income....Anywho: Link."

I also got burned because I overlooked the box on the property disclosure that said it was in a flood zone.. it does not flood in this area but since it's in FEMAs flood plane, you need to carry gov.

Avoid Private Money Lenders who mysteriously contact you out-of-the-blue without context or explaining how they found you.

I do most things myself, unless it involves sewage or involves the electric line between the pole and the breaker box.
