Learn all you can and share what you know, talk with everyone about your interest in Real estate you would be surprised how many folks you may already be connected to that may be open to the possibility.I found my partners one night just BS'ing about what we were up to, i had known these guys my whole life but none of us knew the others were trying to play the same game.

(Your fees will be very very high - but if the loan amount is high enough it kind of averages out - I just looked at the loan fees as the cost of doing business and cost to play and get a loan as I would not have qualified any other way for the first one -- I didnt have enough net worth or experience).So I'd say yes.
