A friend recently asked me to compare two Houston zip codes, 77008 and 77063, from an investment perspective.Now, I'm a big fan of Texas, but the first thing I said to him was that the weather is HORRENDOUS.

You would still pay taxes but the 10% early withdrawal penalty is waived for the first 10k.

The market is showing SOME promising deal but I would appreciate a mentor or friend who wouldn’t mind teaching me how to spot a deal in the numbers.

For example, we offer full service management but we don’t do STR taxes due to liability and complexity… but is always a good idea to make sure you guys are on the same page on what’s covered and what’s not to avoid any miscommunication. 

-I don't work in Martis, but I have subcontractors who do. 

Lowes--lets talk Lowes for a minute--if you order about $2500 at a time you can get great discounts but you need to go through the PRO reps (this is relatively new as they are aggressively going after the pro market).

This can be a great solution but you need to fully understand what type of 2nd you're getting so you don't screw yourself down the road.
